My name is Oliver Lowe and I am based in the Cheshire countryside. I first started painting and decorating in 2012 in Melbourne, Australia. I worked alongside a small company where I was taught everything about the industry. At the time we did a lot of spraying, so to come fresh into Painting and Decorating and to be taught modern day techniques was very rewarding. Eventually I decided it was time to come home and setup my own business in painting and decorating.

It quickly became apparent that my hard work and keen eye didn’t go unnoticed and I was in high demand in my local area. It wasn’t long before i needed a helping hand and I took on a young apprentice. Now we have a number of contractors working with us whilst we serve all of Cheshire and North Shropshire and occasionally work around the UK for specific clients. 

Our clients range from residential properties, high end properties, bespoke new builds, site work, commercial work, industrial work, holiday rentals, workshop based spraying and on site spraying. 

TCP specialises in spraying and we work alongside specialist joiners and interior designers giving us the opportunity to spray some truly spectacular hand crafted pieces of work. From bespoke wardrobes, media wall units, alcove units and even high end tailor made kitchens sprayed on site or in a workshop  achieving high end finishes that our team prides itself upon.
